Richard Cacciato

Richard Cacciato is a Principal with KeyRock Partners and is an expert in digital and mobile strategy with classical client-side CPG experience gained both in the US and Europe. Raised in Europe and fluent in Italian, French and German, Richard has a track record of capitalizing on digital opportunities, integrating them with traditional marketing practices. He was most recently General Manager of S4M USA where he launched the US business of a mobile ad technology pioneer based in Paris.

He combines a blue-chip CPG background in strategic planning, marketing and finance with digital experience on the client and agency side. At P&G, he managed the European rollout of Camay Bath & Shower Foam. At Bristol-Myers Squibb, he was a Brand Manager on Excedrin, Bristol-Myers’ flagship analgesic brand with $125+ million in annual sales and concluded the successful acquisition of Therapeutic Mineral Ice. He subsequently joined a management buyout of Yates Furniture Systems, an independent manufacturer of contract office furniture that competed with the likes of Steelcase, Herman Miller and Knoll, where he was VP of Marketing and Sales, secured contracts with MTV, Entenmann’s, Bloomberg and Forbes, and launched their award-winning website in 1996. He then co-founded Blue Iceberg, a digital agency where he led the strategy practice and worked with clients including the US Department of Energy, UNICEF, Lexis Nexis, P&G, 3M, and Staples. Most recently, Richard was General Manager for S4M, a French mobile ad tech company whose US business he helped launch.

Richard’s practical operating experience gives him a deep understanding of the pragmatic details of transforming businesses by applying digital and mobile, bridging the chasm between the digital and the real world. He is skilled at “connecting the dots” between strategy, tactics and execution and explaining complex technical issues in plain language, and is adept at getting digital projects successfully across the finish line.

Richard serves on the boards of P&G Alumni New York as well as 212NYC, the New York digital advertising community. He is a graduate of Yale University and has an MBA in Finance and International Business from Columbia Business School.
