Stephen Diorio is the Founder of Profitable Channels and an established authority in leveraging technology and advanced marketing and sales approaches to drive growth and differentiate the customer experience, sales enablement and channel strategy. 

He has 25 years of experience executing innovative go-to-market strategies for more than 100 leading organizations – including Armstrong, Ameriprise, CBS, DuPont, Forbes, IBM, Intuit, Morgan Stanley, Ricoh, SunTrust Bank, Staples, UPS, US Bank, and Wells Fargo. 

Stephen is an expert on how technology can improve marketing performance, enable sales, and differentiate the customer experience. He is author of the book: Beyond e: 12 Ways Technology Will Transform Sales & Marketing Strategy (McGraw-Hill). Stephen is on Forbes CMO Council and the Faculty of the Brand Publishing Institute, where he works directly with Chief Marketing Officers to help them transform their marketing approach to adapt to changing customer behavior and deploy advanced marketing and sales approaches. 

Stephen’s experience includes founding IMT Strategies, a sales and marketing technology analyst firm, building MarketBridge into a leading go-to-market strategy consultancy, and bringing private equity investments in advanced marketing services and solutions to market as a Venture Partner at Trident Capital. Stephen holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Chicago and a B.S. in Engineering from Bucknell University.
